How to redeem
- Once your voucher has been received, contact Embsay and Bolton Abbey Railway on office@ebar.org.uk or call 01756 710614 and quote your unique voucher code.
- You’ll need to notify the venue of your preferred date and time. Until this is done, you have not confirmed your booking.
Terms and Conditions
- Vouchers are valid from 13th November until 22nd December 2026.
- Valid on your selected time only.
- Vouchers are NOT valid on 23rd or 24th December 2026.
- Voucher customers MUST contact Embsay and Bolton Abbey Railway to book their preferred time/date.

- Parking is not included in your voucher and will need to be sorted with the venue.
- Your Harrogate will not issue refunds if the purchaser can no longer attend.
