How to Redeem
- Visitors will be sent a unique Your Media voucher code and must book at least 24 hours in advance.
- Head to https://www.puzzlingworldyork.com/book and quote your unique voucher code at checkout.
- Choose ‘2 x adult’ ticket.
- Enter your unique voucher code in the ‘Promo Code’ box and click the Pay button.

- No change will be given.
- Duplicates will not be accepted.
- Only one voucher per booking.
