The family pass admits either 2 adults and 2 children, or 1 adult and 3 children for a swim session, including February half term.

How to redeem your voucher

  • Vouchers must be redeemed online in advance of your visit.
  • Please visit www.alpamare.co.uk and click on the “Buy Tickets” icon.
  • Click on “Book Tickets”.
  • Select the date of your visit.
  • Select your swim session time.
  • Select Online Family (2 adults & 2 children or 1 adult & 3 children) and add any additional swim tickets, including toddlers aged 0–3 years.
  • Add the required tickets to your basket.
  • Please check your ticket selections, swim date and time, then click on “Complete Purchase”.
  • At the next stage, complete your personal details and enter your unique 16-digit voucher code.
  • A 100% discount will be applied to your family ticket. Any additional tickets will be charged at standard rates.
  • Credit or debit card details will be required for any additional tickets.
  • Within 30 minutes, you will receive your Alpamare e-tickets by email. Tickets can be printed in advance or shown on entry on your device or smartphone.

Terms and Conditions

  • One voucher per transaction.
