With two days of thrilling dog action, set against the backdrop of the stunning Harewood House, it’s no surprise DogFest is the social highlight of the season.
You’ll find world-class displays from top canine athletes; free expert advice and workshops; have-a-go activities to take part in, shopping, treats plus plenty of play!
So what can we look forward to this year?
Big Dog Walk
Fancy meeting new people on a local dog walk? The Big Dog Walk gives you the chance to join thousands of others and their dogs on a 2km or 4km leisurely walk to explore the beautiful country park DogFest is set in.
Our set off times are 11am and 2pm.
Fun Dog Show
Celebrating the beauty of our four-legged friends, the funny things they do and the bond between owner and dog is our annual Fun Dog Show! Presented by The Ministry of Fun, this year’s spectacle will return with thirteen classes and an opportunity to win our coveted ‘Best in Show’ title.
The Fun Dog Show will take place on both Saturday and Sunday and is open to everyone. Entry is £3 per class, and you can purchase entry in advance when booking your tickets to DogFest. There will be slots available on the day for those who are not able to book online.
Breed Meet-Up
Join the pack! A hugely popular area of the show is our Breed-Meet Ups area.
Run all day, throughout the weekend, is the chance to meet other members of the DogFest community, share stories, take pictures and maybe even arrange to meet some local dog owners for a play date.
Have-A-Go Activities
This popular area is a chance to teach your dogs new tricks or discover your dogs superpower!
There’s no need to pre-book, just sniff out the activities as you make your way around the show.
Action Arena
The Action Arena is the place to see fast-paced, canine demonstrations and competitions from some of the world’s top teams in agility.
Whilst being thoroughly entertaining, these demonstrations are designed to show you the exceptional skills that have led these people and their canines to achieve such success and the mutual trust and bond that has been formed through expert training and technique.
Behaviour Zone
Run by Adem Fehmi, watch some interactive demos with Adem and special guests, learn new ways to train your dog in specific environments like the vets, cafes and public parks.
Adem will also be looking at breed specific training, looking at the different types of dog in each breed and what their training needs are.
It will be a safe space to come and ask for advice and learn ways on recognising different behaviours in a dog.

3. Enter your voucher code into the box where prompted ensuring there are no additional spaces or full stops, and click ‘GO.
4. Select the number of complimentary tickets (4) and select ‘Continue’
5. Select whether you need a car parking pass or not. You will be charged for this but not for your admission.
6. Go through the booking process as usual. Your tickets will be sent via email in the form of an e-ticket
7. You can purchase your parking in the comp redeem portal.
